“Mamzone” supports young mothers who are feeling isolated or lonely helping them become more confident and gives them a chance to join in with some fun activities while making new friends.

When

A small group of around 10 meet every Wednesday 1.00-3.00pm to they enjoy  healthy cookery classes, Bingo, Games, Photography, Day Trips, Crafts, Pamper Sessions or just come together for tea and a natter.

A crèche is provided allowing mothers to relax with the knowledge their child is in safe hands.

Activities can also be family led involving your children, but you can decide!

Cost

Mamzone is Free of Charge and supported by County Durham Community Foundation. £1.00 per child in the creche
